Seaside Surprise Moving Tide Clock

They say low tide is the best time to hunt for treasures along the shoreline. It also happens to be the best time to see a little surprise on Alan Winick’s tide clock. On the clock’s lower half, you’ll see the traditional dial tracking Atlantic tides (two high and two low per day). But on the upper half, you’ll see a beautiful coastal scene with a mechanically animated ocean that rises and falls along with the real tide. At its lowest point, the water will reveal a secret stash of sea glass or a larger-than-life crustacean, depending on which clock you choose.
